Kings Bay Homeowners Association (KBHOA)

The Association, its Board of Directors and Committees exist to promote a sense of community through the promotion of common interests, maintaining the aesthetics of the neighborhood, and helping to enhance the values of our properties.  The result is a high quality of life within the community of Kings Bay. 

The association is represented by a Board of Directors who are residents of the community and who volunteer their time and talents to help develop, promote and maintain this unique community.

We are neighbors first and association members second. The appointed Board of Directors serve in their positions as residents and volunteers.  We encourage all members of the community to be active in their participation, vocal in their beliefs and diverse in their opinions.
