This meeting is for the City of Coral Gables Commission to accept or decline a grant for the proposed gravity sewer system for Kings Bay.  KBHOA Board Members feel that this is an untimely event with large financial ramifications for KB property owners.  Many owners don't want it to pass hoping to halt the sewer project. Others feel this could be inevitable and think it would be financially irresponsible not to accept the grant.  A petition to reject the septic tank-to-sewer conversion for Kings Bay has been circulated by residents and speaking opportunities at the meeting are available.  This meeting is for the grant acceptance which may or may not have a bearing on the overall sewer conversion project going forward.  The documents below are a small example of what has been found.  We will update as necessary.
