Welcome To The Kings Bay Website!
Although we are continuously developing content and it needs some editing, the Kings Bay website should be fully functional. At this time we would like to invite residents to submit items that maybe of interest to other Kings Bay homeowners and could possibly fit into the site somewhere. A captioned photo with mini story is ideal, artwork for the gallery or a simple tip so that we can follow up on something that maybe of interest to homeowners. This will help residents stay current with issues relating to Kings Bay. Please keep in mind that submissions might run approximately 3 months when submitting content - we think.
We look forward to working with you to develop this site on matters of interest to Kings Bay homeowners.

It's hard to believe. He has been there year after year. Although, he will still be around, the ledger has been officially turned over to Virginia Cave, KBHOAs' new Treasurer. We all owe Mike a ton of gratitude for his 33 years of participation . . . after all, he isn't just the Treasurer, he is everything we all should hope to be with the dedication to our community. Mike, Thank You!
Association By-Law Changes
During the Association meeting held on April 13, 2011, by unanimous vote the members decided to amend the By-Laws so that all owners and renters in the neighborhood are allowed membership privileges to the Association without requiring that dues be paid. The members also voted in favor of amending the rules regarding proxy voting, again making it easier to vote on the various issues affecting our neighborhood. The underlying consensus of the Board and the members was to make membership in the Association more accessible and encourage increased participation.
