Membership / Annual Dues

Membership in KBHOA is voluntary

and limited to property owners in the 

Kings Bay Community.

Donations are greatly appreciated.

Our annual  Kings Bay Homeowner $150.00 dues each Spring and are now payable. We thank you for allowing King’s Bay to meet its financial responsibilities. Without your dues, the betterment of King’s Bay is not possible and our neighborhood could not meet regular obligations and to make improvements such as:

• Landscaping and Maintenance of the entire King’s Bay entrance way and guard house median areas.

• Regularly scheduled mowing, edging and trimming along parts of Mitchell Drive.

• Newsletters and committee updates on Landscaping projects, the Guardhouse, Marina use and enjoyment, Neighborhood Security, Coral Gables issues, etc.

• Construction and maintenance of our KingsBayCoralGables.com website for resident’s use.

• Rental Fees for KBHOA meeting hall.

• KBHOA Board and event insurance coverage.

• Provisions for King’s Bay functions such as the Snow Party and other special occasions.

Please make your $150.00 dues checks out to 

“Kings Bay Homeowners Association”

or KBHOA (place in an envelope) & drop it off at the home of the treasurer:

 Virginia Cave-Caycedo at 14520 Snapper Drive 

(Key West style home) as soon as possible.

Your King’s Bay Board greatly appreciates your prompt payment of your annual dues.
